You can email use at support@jplgoods.com. We generally return all emails and messages within 1 business day. If you have any problem with your order or purchasing please let us know we will do our best to help. Most items ship 1-5 business days after the payment has cleared. During our busy season it may take up to 7 business days to ship. Items should be received 3-15 business days after the payment has cleared depending on your distance from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number if one is available once the item ships. We are sorry but at this time we can only ship to continental US states not including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes, APO/FPO are not accepted since we only ship with Fedex and UPS, sorry.
