Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly refund most unused item in the original packaging as it was received. Refunds unfortunately can not be issued for massage or bike products that are not defective. An RMA number must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item. To request an RMA please email us at support@jplgoods.com. Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original condition a refund will be immediately issued to your account less the shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee for non-defective items. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us for non-defective items. If your item was damaged during shipping please let us know within 3 business days of receiving the item. RMA for shipping damage can be requested up to 10 business days after the item has arrived. Return shipping will be arranged by us and you will be sent a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Most items ship within 1-5 business days of payment via FedEx Ground, some items may take up to 7 days to ship. Orders are generally received by our customers between 5 and 15 business days after payment. Please keep in mind if you pay with e-check that I can not ship until the check clears.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No I am very sorry but I can not ship internationally, I can only ship to the lower 48 states.

Q: On Double strollers do the seats recline independently?
A: The manufacture has indicated all current models have independently reclining seats.

Q: What is the weight limit on my stroller?
A: Weight limits are generally 50lbs for single and 100 lbs for double strollers. This weight limit includes cargo. Most strollers also have a maximum weight of 50 lbs per child

Q: What is the minimum age/size?
A: Minimum age is recommended at no younger than 6 months but it is the parents responsibility to know if their child needs to wait longer.

Q: Can an infant seat / car seat be attached?
A: None of the current models of stollers we carry can support a infant seat or car seat.

Q: What are the dimensions of the massage tables and chairs?

Q: What is the weight limit for massage tables and chairs?
A: The Massage Table has a 550 pound weight limit. The Massage Chair has a 325 pound weight limit

Q: How wide are Instep/Schwinn strollers?
A: Our single strollers are 24 inches wide. Our double strollers are 32 inches wide, which fit through standard door openings.

Q: How tall can my child be to sit in an stroller?
A: The height limit of the child for all of our strollers is 38 inches tall
