Store Policies
We will gladly refund most unused item in the original packaging as it was received. Refunds unfortunately can not be issued for massage or bike products that are not defective. An RMA number must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item. To request an RMA please email us at support@jplgoods.com. Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original condition a refund will be immediately issued to your account less the shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee for non-defective items. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us for non-defective items. If your item was damaged during shipping please let us know within 10 business days of receiving the item. Return shipping will be arranged by us and you will be sent a replacement item once we receive the damaged item back.
